Really dont know which category to put it in mix of pencil & photosho- original sketch was full on ugly scanned in and redid on photohsop~~~ this is an attempt at draiwng model Samantha Gradoville while watchig the Rodarte 2012 cast video [link]

I know as an artist it's easy to think that some of your pieces aren't good, but your style really does make everything cool! I'm veeery novice and you are very amazing - it's not that often that people have such a unique style!! So don't worry about the likeness on this one, it's still an aaawesome piece

This is fantastic! I wish I could compete, but alas-- photoshop?-- my weakness... It's awful, but These pictures in general are adorable and this one is totally mind-blowing. It makes me ache to be better.

I think you made her prettier
but I think the main reason it doesn't look like her is because she has such a strange long face shape, and instead her face here is more slender, it suites the drawing style though and also her eyes in real life look more proportional with the rest of her face such as her mouth is wide and her nose, whereas in your version the eye are the main focus and seem the largest feature on her face.
Awesome portrait though, she looks breathtakingly stunning in your version
