I came across the old folder of my Little Mermaid Illustration and noticed I saved iterations of my steps. This means I can do a tutorial. Yay!
It's rare I'll document my progress in my Illustrations because I'm extremely lazy to take 2 seconds to save out images.
I tried to cover exactly what I did on this piece and my normal tendencies for Illustrations.
