i got the orginal eye from the actually naruto anime series and i got a eye stock i eraserd around the cartoon one overlayed it , created a new layer went over it in black with the paint brush , that was for the eye then for the outside i took a brown and a black did the lines above the eye and the black for the liner gassian blurred it, the flattened image , duplicated the layer and used the burn tool for around the lines :3
