Made this absolutely AMAZING new recipe today! Cheesecake salad sounds weird right?
But it is so, so yummy.Ingredients/Directions:
Stir Together:
- 16 oz. vanilla yogurt
- 8 oz. container of Cool Whip
- 1 package (3.4 oz.) Jello instant (no-bake) cheesecake mix
- 1 bag of mini marshmallows
Fold in:
- 1 package of chopped strawberries
That's it! I garnished with fresh strawberries and served in mini sundae dishes. Enjoy!

Looks and sounds really good!Β My Aunt makes a similar recipe.Β It has all the same ingredients except she uses white chocolate instant pudding mix instead of cheesecake.Β She uses different fruit too.... sliced grapes, apples, pineapple and mandarin oranges.Β There are no marshmallows in hers, but it would taste pretty good with those in it.
