A continuation of the idea spawned here: [link]Vash and Rain are practically the SAME character, but in different stories.
The main difference is Rain is closer to 600 yrs, not 300, and cannot be killed in the conventional ways (unlike Vash). Rain bleeds and suffers all the same, but he won't die unless you cut his head off or crush his heart. ...and the latter method doesn't always work. XD
Everything ELSE (background, immortality, personality, ditziness, and bounty) is essentially the same.
