Hmm, I see where you're coming from. Though, to me, while the two girls can sort of represent good and evil, they're still parts of the same person. I wanted them to look pretty similar to keep it from becoming an angel & devil thing. This image has more grey area; you can kinda' feel sorry for the smaller girl, and the big face is almost irritating.

Awesome! Interesting that you picked that particular picture of "girl's body". I think that (perhaps I read too much into it) the fact she has no pants on definitely adds to the message.
