The detail in the dock, and how it is still shown lower than Virgil's foot, is awesome. And I see that heart! But the detailing on the clothing looks so good, and the shading! And Virgil's hand looks so pretty! And that manly facial hair.. Mmmmm. I bet Richie loves it, too!!
Richie's pose is so good, and I love how you can see his foot from behind, there. And the trees and skyline are magnificent. And the sky. Is so... Just... Brilliant! MERR! Running out of suitable adjectives. This is one of your best VR pieces to date. Absolutely stunning, Jess.

Oh I love it so beautiful and soft and pretty and reminds me exactly of that not quite beginning of fall/still kinda cold day and the colours and the... *sigh* Perfect, luv, perfect.
Though since you've requested critique (and since I'm poor and can't afford a proper dev account I critique in a comment! Lol) Richie's face is either a little too long or is eyes are too far up. Either way his face looks elongated. The glasses look about in the right spot for his eyes actually. I like the shape of V's hands, but either the distance from the knuckle to the first bend is too long, or the first bend to the tips are too short, the hands just look a little wonky. In this case I think it's the bend to the tips that are too short.
That's about all that really stands out to me. Other than that I love it!

Hands are death. I feel your pain. I'm getting slowly (agonizingly slowly) better at them but I still suck at feet. It's like "okay, arch of foot, and OMFG TOES! TOES EVERYWHERE! AND WHERE DO THEY GO? THAT'S NOT RIGHT! AHHHHHH-Oh fuck it! Socks!" lmao. Swear to god, every time. Toes are hell to me. I've even tried drawing my own feet to help but my feet are huge so if I try to draw normal feet it turns to scribbly pain anyways. >_<

My favorite part about this isn't even the VR, it's the sky. Did you draw the trees by hand or use a brush, because they look very realistic.

i find that funny, since I added you in the AC BECAUSE your awesome and send me so many scans
but it doesnt matter. my birthday is dumb. just that much closer to having to become a legit adult and ACTUALLY make some decisions in life.
its half and half. the right side is mostly a brush, and then I went behind it to make it darker.
the left side is mostly me, with a brush on top to get those little branches I was too lazy to fill in. im only good at drawing trees if you cant see the details
