Mirror Kirby done in charcoal. Epic right?I wish I could fit the entire picture on my scanner but alas, I cant. ^ ^;
I really liked how this turned out. Done for fun over the weekend. Enhanced with the burn tool in Photoshop because the scanner fades away all the values of the picture.
The edited adobe version will be posted in my scraps if any of you are curious.

They really need to resurrect that ability in a brand new Kirby game, its one of his most awesome copy abilities, and I think it should be in more than just Super Star and its DS remake, I mean Ninja Kirby came back why can't Mirror have a proper resurrection as well? Don't you agree?
And by the way, why does the hat have the same shading on both sides of it? I thought one side should be lighter than the other because the other one should be dark and the two are different colors, also where are the spots that Mirror Kirby usually has on one side of his Mirror ability hat? They are sort of like the hats trademark, was it because that would make it too much like beam?, well I maybe would have put some of those mirror-like things surrounding Kirby (you know when he runs as Mirror in Super Star and Super Star Ultra) to show that its Mirror and not beam.
Anyways hopefully with Super Star Ultra showing new people Mirror Kirby, this ability might have a chance at making a comeback and returning in a game other than Super Star or a Super Star remake (like most Nintendo things that start reappearing when they're introduced in a new generation of gaming, you saw how Yoshi's Island stuff started to come back after the Super Mario Advance 3 port of it was released, a lot of the old Yoshi's Island stuff came back to the point where the game got a DS sequel) so I'm hoping that will be the case for Mirror Kirby now that even more people are aware of the ability and that they'll introduce the ability with some added moves maybe rework him so that he can even be less of a Super Star only ability (you know not make an excuse like he can't be because in the game you can raise your guard and can't do that in newer Kirby games) maybe the shield when raising your guard can be exclusive to Mirror? All I know is this ability better come back after remaking Super Star and introducing it to so many newcomers to the series, it just wouldn't be fair if it didn't.

There is some shading on both sides but since I was working with charcoal I meant to make the hat really dark looking. Its a common habit because I'm suck a noob with charcoal. xD

Charcoal is really easy to use once you work with it a couple times. You should try it out! Its alot of fun.
