More like Singed > Riven.So apparently my predecessor on Ask-Singed [link] and the previous Riven were shipping them together. Definitely not my thing. It doesn't make much sense to me and I don't care for hateships to begin with but I'm not judging.
Anyway, another blog brought this up, because another Riven and my Singed were having a discussion about what happened to her battalion.
"oh god… not this again… singed x riven…. IT’S ALL HAPPENING AGAIN"
To which I respond,
"Does this “X” thing not imply “liking” of some sort? No, no. Let me fix this for you."
The short of it is, no, I don't do this pairing. I don't follow in anyone's footsteps. I carve out my own destiny!
I also am butt at drawing Riven, and women in general.
I'lll break someone's skull if this ends up on Elohell.

I can't really pick up the fact while someone would pair up riven x singed.
They both might be from Noxus, but I'm pretty sure Singed tried to choke Riven with poison when she was calling for help.

A lot of canon character fan pairings are pretty dumb in that aspect, yes. The only interest I can see him having is grinding her gears. I view Singed as too busy being productive in science and preoccupied with money to be bothered with romance anyway, and would only be interested in another intellectual if anything at all.
I'm pretty good at letting other canon character pairings slide, but can't even pretend to support this one
