Initially, I was thinking of maybe making Lincoln a non-powered, in keeping with the odd one out thing the series has with him, but I feel the idea's been done enough. Instead, I think I'll give him the power to make energy constructs, mostly ropes and playing card shuriken (kid's been reading too much Ace Savvy).
Basically think Green Lantern meets Gambit.
