Who do you think has more influence, the mouse with movies, series and theme parks, or the collective with games, movies, series... and the second most sold 8th generation console that costs 5 times as much as a Disneyland ticket? If they wanted to, Sony could take Marvel (or at least force Disney to never own Spidey completely), either by buying it outright (they are slightly wealthier than Disney overall), or, dunno, making all 70 million PS4s unoperative until they get Marvel. Which would mean millions of pissed off people going to the nearliest Disneyland and ransacking it (at the tune of Vengeful Spartan), which is not as farfetched as it sounds when you realize what can people do if they are desperate.
