This happened to me ALL THE FUCKING TIME in Eterna City-I'd be running around and all of a sudden of of these dickheads got in my way. So I moved to go around them. Guess what they did? MOVED IN FRONT OF ME. It never failed; this always happened to me at least once when I went there.
