Well, I drew this on commission for the Wild Sphere role playing game, so legally I don't own it (although we agreed I would have the right to post it in portfolios like this). So I don't actually own any rights for you to ask permission for.
BUT--- As long as you make it clear that your 3d model of it is "Wild Sphere fan art" and you provide a link back to the Wild Sphere website, and as long as you're not trying to make any money off it, then yeah, that should be totally fine. Sure, go ahead.
