She has some crown jewels in safe deposit box at a local bank and our sophisticated villain (who also plays piano)Jim Belmont, wants them. After kidnapping her she is brought to his hideout where he grills her for the combination to the box. It's a bit of a loose tie as her hands are free, but at least the ropes holding her to the chair wrap around below her breasts.
