Description
This was my first project in my Digital Illustration class....we were suppose to depict the country we are from using only colors (shades and tints) from our flag.....so ya, Vietnam.I did this in Illustrator.

At first it's a traditional cloth for male at holidays in North Vietnam but then it made only for female.

Well, i've lived up there(the north) for 3 months, and trust me, no man is wearing it. But it's ok with me if you believe that....

haha, not in the daily urban, of course. However if you go to any traditional wedding, local parties in the countryside, it's still there. Obviously people think it's old and useless, but it's one of the most valuable history item in Vietnam, and I'm proud of it.
