very cool arm structure and length, i really like her shoes and socks and shorts too, the colors are great on them. my favorite of this piece is actually the blue dots on her shoulders. great blottchy circles on the background.

I think your colouring matches together finely. Greens and olives, oranges and brown for their shadows. I like her hair, how is tied up. Same for the gloves, would like to have a similar pair.

The best advice I have gotten on harmonizing an image came from my boyfriend's mother. It applies with every medium and that is to make sure you're using the same colours throughout the image! If you use some blue in the shadows, maybe use a bit of it in the hair, on the clothes. If you make the hair pink, add some pink elsewhere. If you use different colours in every area, it will stand apart. If you continuously use the same colours all over the image, it will bring itself together because your eye will flow easier.
So to expand on that advice, it's a good idea to create a new palette in whatever CG program you use. Once you have a palette that's empty and you start colouring, make sure you click on the palette to add your colours to it. Then you'll have all the colours you used in the image right there, so when you need to add that bit of blue or pink, it will be in your palette and you'll be creating harmony by using the same colours you used earlier.
does that make sense?? i'm so bad at explaining things. X(
If not, I'll draw what I mean. That's always easier. XP

I think on this character, you could use the separate colors for advantages. I.e. she can never really decide what theme she wants, so she just mixes them together. However, if you REALLY want to make them flow, choose one base color, and just make modes off of it. Like take a dark brown, and you can get all sorts of tones to go with it, like oranges and deep reds and all that jazz.
Hopefully that'll help a bit. Nice way of CGing, by the way, I try to get that effect sometimes, but it never works.
