I think i heard somewhere that everyone feels like that once in a while. Only you think your skill has dropped, no one else does. And I think you feel your skill level has dropped, just because you find it harder to improve - not that you can't draw like you usually do. But that's normal, once a person reaches a certain level, they start improving slower and slower. Many people say so. Maybe that's why you feel like that.
I sometimes feel like that too, like I can't do anything better than I did before, like I'm stuck where I am and won't find improvement. But it went away now
