Description Being in a lacking-inspiration mood, I just strated painting randomly after having dowloaded this guy's PS brushes [link]

Trying to get used to a more bleak palette relating to me and ~ElbagArpie 's next project.

incredible atmosphere! it's so beautiful during sunset/sunrise when the sky is bright but everything else is dark and sillhouetted against the sky. this captures it perfectly. i'm really captivated!

The twilight... when the lights lit up in the town and the people walking the streets are not going to/coming from work anymore is my favourite time of the day. It's magical.

Thanks for the fav. I had a little practise when I created some concept art for a certain 3d movie company in Helsinki... too bad they were not willing to pay very well for it so I had to find other work. But I've still gotta keep on polishing my concept art skills...

Yes; actually, I was just looking up the contest guidelines again today. There's a slight technical problem on this end, however... I am without either a scanner or a paint program. Both of these problems should be fixed well before the end of September, but it does mean that any submissions from me will be delayed.
