there's a book called Dragon Kiss and the cover is very similar...except the characters involved are an ice dragon and a green, fire breathing dragon.

Love the style and the differences in dragons so they both look unique but recognizable the detail of the tail in the background and the sky also helps add to the picture. It's also very nice how the blue/white dragon doesn't blend into the sky like it may in some artist drawings. :3

I love the dichotomy inherent in the work. Fire and Ice, Feminine and Masculine, and the tail behind the blue dragon giving her a sort of coy seductiveness, while the other one is just all toothy grin. Lovely.
