She does have an interesting expression, usually Chloe is very much in control and sure of where she is what/who/when/how she wants it... That and her somewhat, hmmm... 'less excessive' cleavage makes me think that perhaps this might be a somewhat younger Chloe. Not that Chloe is old enough to have worn such clothing when it was new... unless I'm waaay off on my idea oh her age/time period.
