Description
This began as a simple study/research for a costume, but I decided to develop those doodles into something I could put up on DA. It's still in an early stage and needs a LOT of work.

I haven't touched the hands yet, everything needs more detail and shading, and the face needs work. But I think she's pretty recognizable already, isn't she?

Yup, everybody's favorite undercover Interpol agent and martial artist extraordinaire, Chun Li, perhaps about to perform a hyakuretsu kyaku move...

was the model. It's absolutely amazing what a perfect match she is for Chun-chan's body form. Very high (and thin) waist, very long (and strong) legs, just the right hair and eye color. And she happens to be an excellent martial artist, too! :woot!:

I'm hoping to finish this piece tomorrow evening.
