Thank you! I had to play with it a bit due to an unbalanced feel to the original composition. Much appreciated!

Yeah, me too. She's always seems to take things a little bit further! I think they were working on her high jumps/kickers here.

Wow can she ever fly! I've never seen a jump so high before. That target stick must be pretty long!

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

joyousorca In reply to jenniferstuber [2008-05-11 18:54:45 +0000 UTC]

She did a behavior a few weeks back that just floored several people, including the trainers...she is amazing. I can only guess how long the target pole is, at least 25ft? That's based on her length of approx. 18ft and the clearance she has from the water.

No, the only "list" I have is in my head and that one's not very reliable

It seems you where there at the training time. Have had you an special pass or ticket for being in the stadium when they do training?
Well, reall great shot. She looks like a big angel starting to fly away.

joyousorca In reply to HinzeKatze [2008-05-11 18:51:01 +0000 UTC]

The training sessions are fairly sporadic, but anyone can view them from the pathways...it's just tough to know when they're going to happen.
Thank you! She does look like she's taking off!

HinzeKatze In reply to joyousorca [2008-05-11 21:03:01 +0000 UTC]

So it is a lot of luck when you go to the right time for see the training.

Are you early at the park or what? cause I see no one in the stands in the back. Love the picture with no crowd though

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

joyousorca In reply to B34TD0WN [2008-05-11 18:50:02 +0000 UTC]

Well, I tend to not really leave the Shamu area when I visit the park, especially on very crowded days. They do training sessions, periodically, and that's what this was. Anyone can view the training sessions from the pathways. Thank you!

B34TD0WN In reply to joyousorca [2008-05-12 04:13:35 +0000 UTC]

The path must be a lot closer to the tank than Orlando's. I bet all the trainers know you by now.
