Story about this “Wish Maker” talk about how meany unfortunate soul would braving the blizzard born from her wrath, in hopes of having there wish granted, only to either never be seen again are be found frozen to death. Only a few story ever speak of anyone managing to reach the heart of the wraith blizzard and ask have there wish granted. And in all these story's the wraith would disappear her blizzard vanishing with her, leaving the one requesting the wish heavily frost bitten and or aged a decade are more, possibly her price for the wish.
