I have to agree with others in saying that some parts of this guy need work. The shadows on the pants aren't looking quite realistic, the metal parts read like plastic and something is bugging me about his torso. I do like his pose and the way you handled the elevated chin; that's something that always troubles me. Nice composition with the 1s and 0s in the back too; simple but effective. You almost don't notice his name mixed in there.

I think the fact that the arms are made up of small pipes gives the pose some awkwardness. If they were solid arms, it might be better.
I'm going to edit this a bit and add some metalic sheen to it.

looks like he's ready to kick some calculating ass. I would almost like for the more metallic parts of this piece to be even shinier. Still though I like what ya got

not bad colors and line work looks pretty good all but the gun belt looks a bit flat, like its etched into his body

Woah! His arms are wild! I like the colors, but they seem a little off on his pants. Maybe you could look at a reference picture to see how light falls on pants material.
