Personality: Humorous, a lover of bad jokes and sarcastic to a fault, Phobozo is as happy-go-lucky and quick-witted as most clowns tend to be, honking his nose in delight when entertaining others. However, this is but a façade that allows him to get in close. When the act is dropped, he reveals his true self as a being of pure evil and malevolence, endlessly stalking suitable prey so that he may devour them whole. Like a predatory beast, his only true goals are that of slumber and sustenance.

--As such, he is vulnerable to psychic attacks and, strangely enough, berating insults.
-Phobozo can be killed easily via the destruction of his Heart.
-"True Form" can drive allies to insanity by accident when looked at.
-Phobozo will often underestimate and scorn his targets. In many cases, it leaves an open escape route for them to run away. Because of this narcissism, It makes mistakes and does illogical things.
-Phobozo can be taken by surprise and can be physically assaulted if the attacker demonstrates no fear of it. Additionally, the power of "belief" can physically effect and harm Phobozo, such as the use of silver (which is a common weakness of other supernatural entities) and a fire extinguisher believed to have been modified into a functioning flamethrower.
-Despite his unlimited shapeshifting potential, Phobozo must obey the laws of its form. This means that Phobozo possesses the vulnerabilities of whatever form he takes, such as a robot's vulnerability to hacking and viruses or a bird's inability to fly if a wing is broken.
-During times of hibernation or healing, Phobozo may be vulnerable to surprise attacks.

-Phobozo's name is a combination of Phobia, to cause fear and Bozo, the most famous clown in the world.
-Phobozo's DNA was, of course, scanned off Pennywise the Dancing Clown.
-Phobozo's species name is a combination of Necro and Photon.
