Yep, well it's digital, i did this using tablet, but everything was drawn by hand, no textures used...

And when he comes in to close it will be ripped apart by Neptune's tidal forces...

Actually waves-tides are perfect example of our moon's and Sun's tidal forces. They create tidal rise and fall in our oceans.
And they do so with their gravity. Everything here is in perfect combination so there are no harmful effects caused by tidal forces, but if our moon would start closing in to Earth it would be shattered by our planets tidal forces and in exchange moon would cause huge tsunamis and very strong earthquakes here on Earth
