It's called "leaning backwards" and "perspective".

Maybe it's the combination of the perspective of the girl and the platform they're sitting on.
Either the platform should be more flattened to be the same perspective as the girl or the girl has to be more "flattened/shortened". I mean by this that the girl's body seems pretty upright and the perspective normal which makes the hips look weird and oversized.
Not saying this is bad tho
