They exist to show that there is a real scale of power in the world, and saitama is just so far off the top, he's untouchable- but the side heroes are more popular and better known because they have other useful traits.

sorry but I haven't relied much on tutorials. I terms of brushes, I mainly use the standard round brush, nothing fancy.
