Tons of blue here, I like how you show her in the middle of something here, I see a small cloud in her hands. Nice work with her Sailor outfit, as you mention above, the skirt is well done and nicely detailed. Mercury is my #2 fav scout, it's nice to see good quality fan art like this of her!
