My submission for

Marluxia controls the Harvester Nobodies, just like Larxene controls the Jokers( [link] ). They tend to stick around in places with lots of plants, whether they're dead or not, such as in Marluxia's garden in Castle Oblivion, The Land of Dragons, Deep Jungle, Halloween Town(only in the woods), and sometimes Twilight Town. They are not overly aggressive and rarely attack unless provoked, though they are aggravated easily and almost anything can set them off. Like a snake, they will wait for an opening before striking; and when they strike, they strike hard. Harvesters are patient and determined in battle, focused solely on defeating their enemies. However, they are rather slow and don't defend themselves, leaving them open and vulnerable between their attacks. In battle, they walk by shuffling like a crab to circle their enemy, and drag their feet when they're out of battle(though they walk similar to a human otherwise). They could be compared to a praying mantis when they fight. They're completely based on close-ranged melee attacks, and generally weak to most types of magic so a mage could take them out easily.
Therefor, the reaction command is "Burst". It can be used used as a counter attack if you're fast enough to press Triangle because they attack very quickly. It will activate when they begin to attack, and on the downswing of their strike, your character will cast a quick fire magic that will stun the Harvester and knock it back, leaving it vulnerable to attack. The reaction command itself doesn't do any major damage because the key is to attack while their down.
