Dex: Numby (Wisp Pokemon) consist of 90% gas. It's a bit of an anomaly how these pokemon even exist considering they have no eternal organs or other bodily function, yet they are still able to eat, think, procreate- essentially everything a regular living creature does. The cloud's sentience was hypothesized to come from the yellow orb on its forehead which contains an oddly large concentration of static electricity within it. Numby like to collect socks and are known to steal them from laundromats.
