I used one of my McFarlane Dragon scupltures for reference, and I'm sure you'll see many more (I have 5 of them now

I love this drawing! I love how you colored it as if it just came out of the gloom. I also love the glow light on it. I was like "that looks like...yes! McFarlane!" McFarlane dragons are incredible. I have 8, 9, maybe ten. i lost count.

love the greens and the lighting
my only critisism would be the horizontal green glow in the foreground. i can see what your trying to do by making it look like murky water but i dont think you quite got it and i dont know how exactly to make it look better.
but the feeling im getting is that it would look better without it.

While I like McFarlane's work, I'm an old fashioned proponent of the TSR Dragonlance variety. Elmore and those guys just snagged my attention in a way that McFarlane doesn't. That being said, I like this fellow you've presented here. The color is very rich and the body styling is pretty nice. I'll give it a "well done".

Sweet! I love the fin stubbies! The highlights are aboslutely perfect for that wrinkly look! Now, it's only a suspiscion but... did you do the whole dragon at 75% opacity? Because it all looks very strong without a lot of stray edges.
