Description
[Full View!] Revised character sheet for my character Wolf Nymph! I made some very minor changes, so I really wanted to make this so I would have as thorough a reference sheet as possible. I included some angles that might be confusing to anyone drawing her, like her butt and where her wings attach, as well as the written description ON the image so it's all in one place. =3 I can also go back and edit it any way I want, without having to go back and draw everything over again. It's not totally perfect, like some crooked things... But I don't mind, I like it overall!About the face in the middle of the three, the beast bird looking one... gave me permission forever ago to use the facial structure of her chimera Zherion: [link] I thought I should credit her for the original idea, which I though was pretty awesome. =3
[edit 3/2/07] I changed some stuff ever so slightely. altered her facial markings and kinda tweaked the axe shape on her back. Decided not to include her blue pendant to encourage anyone who might draw her to use other clothes or decorations. =3 Also made the text smaller and and images larger and easier to see. Nothing big enough to reupload this completely.
[edit 10/9/07] Tweaked some things again, darkening up feather, tail and ear tips, as well as adding in more yellow/tan on her torso and neck. And she has pupils!!!
[edit 2/25/08] More tweaking! I streamlined where the rusty/brown and yellow/tan areas flow, making her markings flow a lot better, especially on her face. It just didn't look like her body and face markings matched until now. Also changed the sheet configuration a little so it's more readable, and added in my pelt badge as an extra reference. This edit not so minor that I don't want people so see, but still pretty small. The ever changing Wolf Nymph!

Nice! This one is much better than the old one. However the wings are a tad off, (i don't think most people would notice) but the feathers are bunched up close to the body, although the layered feathers would be visible from one side, i don't think it would be the same on the other side and the face markings change a bit from the head shot to the full-body front shot. The lightest markings run off the sides of the face, while the marking stops before that on the head shot. I love the coloring and the design is amazing i would never take the time to make something so detailed. I love the "rug nymph" though i don't think i would want to skin her

hehe, it's a fantasy critter, I think that feathers bunched too close to the body aren't a problem. XD This is a reference sheet, not an anatomically correct piece of art. Thank you for pointing out the flaws, but I'm already aware of them and simply don't care. After all, the purpose of this is for people to see what this character looks like.

Hah! Awesome! When I look at her it reminds me of one of my own characters, Kaizoe, who is what he calls a "tree-dweller", a subspecies of fae. I do not know how tall your character is, but nymph made me think small and such.

Very detailed and professional. I don't tend to like chimera type characters because they feel slapped together, but yours shows real imagination and study. It's quite inspiring. Is she based on any specific type of raptor? It looks kind of like a redtailed hawk or a coopers hawk to me.

Why thank you! ^^ I'd like to think she's based off a red tailed hawk, but I didn't follow that too closely when I designed her. But you're still right, red tail it is. ^^
