Adopted out to He's a human, but also hates humans. His planet was "attacked" by some reptilian aliens, and he found sympathy in their cause, and helped them get back to their homeworld. They didn't make it, as the military forces shot their craft down, killing them all.Leon was able to recover an alien bomb from the wreckage, with enough power to destroy a planet. It's broken, so he's been working to fix it to destroy his homeworld.

As a feedback for you, I'd definetly try to adopt him if you really decided you wanted to give him away.
He's a character with wonderful background story to work with. So I'd just love to take good care of him and continue his story.
Not just that I already really like the two lines of info given about him, but his design is neat too. As always you were able to create a fitting looking character. Somehow you're a master of character design and stylization, but you know that lol
