Wraith from Stargate Atlantis.
Photoshop / wacom tablet.

Background made using different kinds of textures and effects in Photoshop.
This is supposed to be the same wraith as my previous one.. please comment and criticize does it look like the same character or not? [link]

It looks fantastic! yes he look like the other character you made, but its a profile portrait and is a little complicated compare, I like much more this hair instead in the original render, I love the angular features on his face, make him very sensual and masculine

I've never used Daz, isn't that a 3D thing? What's the learning curve on that like?

If you mean is it easy to learn Daz, well I think if you are familiar with photoshop and programs like that, it can be easy. Especially if you play with the downloadable content which is "ready". But if you want to custom the characters, then you need lots of different morphs and you want to create the skins yourself, then you might need to spend some hours learning to do it.
This wraith model of mine is mixture of lots of things, for example I have created the skin myself in photoshop.
