Description
My lips exhales
a rift into the quietness
opens forsaken gates.
My hands hesitates
to stir even more the motionless silence
that gave solace to my heart for so long...
Filter this yet unwritten… poem
not on a piece of perishable paper,
as mere readable words,
but through the filigree leaf undulating
with the late Summer breeze.
On that particular timeless,
unaccounted moment...
neither to the Day
or to the Night called...
One last kiss, on a rarely shared sky
the Sun is… still a diadem...
the Moon its most precious jewel...
There are no words worth to describe
certainly not mine
so... just... Witness the Poem.

that is such a beautiful passage creating, as does all the poem, an evocative image. It stirs many emotions.

You too have experienced those, laying back to the bark of a tree and though holding a notebook on your hand waiting the words to write... simply stop and admire the surrounding nature, looking up, letting your thoughts being one with everything.

re-reading the first 6 lines again! It is as if the very act of writing the poem opens the heart to face past sadnesses, disturbing or revisiting difficult memories. The best work improves with each time it is read and this is one of those poems, that holds so many layers. Beautiful.

That sounds like a lovely idea.....How do you do that
I had it over 3 days.It was hard finding one day that everybody could come for a birthday meal.They live away..or were working away ...Never eaten so much birthday cake!!!
