Vault 065 was populated entirely by sexy perma-preggies. This wasn't really part of the Enclave's plan, but when the vault sociological experiments were being constructed, a maieusophilic anthropology student erased the original idea and replaced it with his own.Fallout 3 comes out Tuesday!
