I have to say I find the story in this piece quite interesting and would be curious to know more about it.
While I appreciate this piece is nearly six months old and may not reflect your skills now I do quite like how it looks overall. The background is very nicely done and I do like the effect around the edges to help give it a sleep vibe. The way you've done the soul/spirit of the tied up teddy is also very well done, especially the inverted lines.

This is still one of my favourites, I just remember getting a chuckle every once in a while as I thought about the struggle of the bears.

What inspired this picture?

It was more a game of trial and error than inspiration. I started off with the girl and thought to myself, "I can make this look more interesting". So I gave her a tail, then still thought it was too boring. Added the bear with pulling the pillow and kept going with whatever popped into my head.
