Description The portrait of Naruto (as teenager) was one the most difficult portrait of ever I did until now....it was so hard for me to find the right features, but today I finally upload it.
It is strange, the portraits of Gaara or Shikamaru were not that difficult ...
Probably it is, because he is the main character in all the mangas and has a special position ... and I wanted to do him credit. I don't know, if I managed that but I upload it nevertheless.
And every person see him a bit different.

Anyway.... I hope, you like my version of Naruto.

Not a fan of the show, but this looks exactly like how I pictured he'd look in real life, and you managed to capture that without taking anything away from the anime. Well done.

Ich lieeeeeebe es, wenn man Charaktere nicht einfach kopiert sondern seinen eigenen Stil hineininterpretiert oder sie realistisch umsetzt. Charaktere sind Konzepte, Ideen, die man nur schwer komplett erfassen und wiedergeben kann. Selbst Originalwerke geben nur Facetten eines fiktiven Lebens wieder und es ist spannend, wenn dieses Leben von verschiedenen Blickwinkeln beleuchtet wird.

I definitely agree. The eyes in particular have too many wrinkles and too deep of a shadow (bruises under the eyes) for a teenager

Auch wenn ich kein großer Fan der Serie Naruto bin, finde ich deine ganzen Portraits dazu wirklich super gelungen, du schaffst es immer diese so lebendig wirken zu lassen!! *__*

Vielen Dank! Mal sehen, auf was ich noch so Zeit und Lust habe. Ich zeichne immer gerne Charaktäre, die es noch nicht sooo oft gibt, da macht es mehr Spaß LOL.
PS: Ich finde deinen "Nickname" wirklich sehr cool, das ist mir irgendwie gleich ins Auge gestochen. Sehr elegant und kunstvoll gewählt!

I love your realism series a lot,I know such a hard work behind them especially when to make a smiling character I think thats why drawing naruto was bit more harder than the rest but he looks great...bit like a german person

Hmm .... I never plan to do characters...it is kind of inspiration or when the Muse finds me. I have ideas for a lot of characters, but lack of time. If I would have all time of the world, I surely would do more, but let's be real ... it is not possible. When it comes to fanart, I have to love what I do, otherwise it is not good in the end. Therefore I actually never plan characters, I just have ideas in my mind .... and when the day comes, I do it. Recently I love to do portraits again. I paused in this area a long time. But now and then I have the mood for it. Be surprised .....

Allrightt!! Naruto, finally!! I have gotten addicted to the series all because of you (i am happy about that, lol!)
and naruto is my fav character in it! when you started to do realistic versions, i was itching for you to do Naruto, but didn't want to trouble you by requesting for it. Now finally you have done it and i am sooooooo  amazed and enchanted *clap! clap! clap!*
I can literally see the effort you put into this. There is a lot of thought, decision, attention to detail and the desire to perfect in your art strokes, i can really see that. It seems like nothing was just a simple brush stroke and a 'yea, i'll leave it at that'
everything looks painstakingly refined.
(but i am also quite amazed to find gaara and shikamaru were easier. But i guess, that's talent for you)

 At first glance it appeared to be a photograph (brava!)  He looks like he just won a sparring match against a more seasoned shinobi, like Asuma for example, the one who taught him how to use his wind chakra.  The ruddiness in his cheeks and chin, the twinkle in his eyes are both spot on. Outstanding!

Auf den ersten Blick schien es, ein Foto zu sein (brava!) Er sieht aus wie er gerade einen Trainingskampf gegen einen erfahreneren Shinobi, wie Asuma zum Beispiel gewonnen, der ihn gelehrt, wie man seine Wind-Chakra zu verwenden. Die Röte in die Wangen und Kinn, das Funkeln in seinen Augen sind sowohl vor Ort auf. Hervorragend!

Danke dir. Freut mich sher, dass es gefällt. Ich habe meistens eine Vorlage bei realistischen Portraits, vor allem wegen der Lichtverhältnisse .... Ich mag dieses Grinsen bei Naruto einfach. Es ist so sein Markenzeichen, auch wenn es meistens noch sehr viel breiter und genüsslicher und eine Spur mehr Stolz drin liegt. Wie wenn er sagen will: Schaut mich an, bin ich nicht der Beste? Comlicated to explain. It was his head, the hair and the angle. Not the eyebrows. I am now satisfied with it. It happens to me every time, that when I have uploaded my picture that then I realize mistakes, not before....it is a strange mystery, that I can't fully understand or explain .
