Recently I love to do semi realism portraits of NARUTO.This time: Itachi Uchiha, the elder brother of Sasuke.
On this portrait he is 21 - the age he actually died.
I want to say, that it is just my depiction of how I see Itachi. He is handsome, he has some feminine features and he is dangerous. Plus he had a difficult life and had to made weird decisions which affects two villages.
I hope, you like my version of Itachi.

I love your drawings. I am a huge fan of both Naruto and Assassin's Creed (which is the reason I found you in the first place). You should definitely do Uchiha Shisui if you haven't already. And if you have, well, more won't hurt
Have you actually played Assassin's Creed and if so, how many of them? I've played more or less all PC games up till Unity, then I took a break because I got angry at Ubisoft for neglecting the main story and essentially milking the story. I'm currently playing The Witcher 3 now (having finished both 1 and 2 which I also liked). If you like the Creed series, you should definitely play The Witcher trilogy. W3 is the most amazing open-world game I have ever tried, and it pains me to say it, but it has long time surpassed AC by far now (except for the Ezio-trilogy, you can't really compare those two because they're both amazing).
So anyway this is just a ramble, because I lack someone to discuss with about these games lol, I don't even know why I'm writing this when it's really about Naruto. Anyway it's a great drawing, Kakashi, Itachi and Minato is definitely my favorite characters. Keep on the good work!

i often get requests for drawing characters, but my time is limited. So...by chance you find your character some time or not.
If you read my ID, you can see, what games I have played. It is surely clear, that I must have played Assassins Creed, otherwise I couldn't have drawn all my artworks in my gallery, wouln't you agree with me? I also know the Witcher trilogy. But roleplay is more for my husband, not for me.
IΒ quit playin AC because of the story. The first few Acs were good, the last few were depressing. Good graphics, but no good story at all. And it relates not to the creed. Now it i just killing and climbing and making money (for Ubisoft). For me the first one is still the best. Black flag was the last game I would recommend, but all after that ....

I had the same thoughts on roleplay like you, but I felt empty without the Creed series, so I decided to try it, and woah that was one of the best decisions in my life! I totally like how whatever choice you make doesn't matter because all choices have consequences (be it good or bad or both). It's so realistic and the way it's made in the Witcher games is just perfect. It gives you a great feeling of autonomy and you sort of feel more free and less restricted. You sorta choose your own path while in AC you sort of just followed along and could do nothing but curse the main character whenever he did something really stupid.

Probably many ppl have a little crush on that character as for his good-looking as well as for his sort of tragic and martyr life that affects our deepest sympathy.
I like a lot of thinhs about this:
- contrast. ItΒ΄s very symbolic and suits him perfectly.
- appearance. You walked very nicely the way between male and female features.
- hands. I love them!!!
Is that real that I see pigeons in the BG (Instead of ravens). It`s contradictory message as well, speaking of contrasts...
Looking at that one more fantastic semi-realistic portrait, I wonder... how it would like, to have one without looking straight to the watcher. Like being a bit absent, thoughtful... (as you choose for Shikamaru)

Hello nackmu, thanks for your comment. To your few hints: These are really ravens. I looked to a photo before. No pigeons at all! I guss, birda look very similar, depends on, how you draw then.
I know what you mean with not looking directly at the camera. For Itachi it is necessayry to look the watcher straight in the eyes because of these gogeous unique eyes. They are his weapon, so I must use it in the picture. Shikamaru was thinking on the picture, because he is a "thoughtful" guy. Gaara also has this kind of evil gaze, and also in this case it is necessary, that he looks at th watcher. And to look directly in Kakashis eyes is also wonderful.....*drool*. But I surly will do another portrait, where the person is not looking directly in the camera. Hinata is a candidat for that...or Jiraiya. ALso Tenmari or Kushina could be that way. It depends on the character. Sasuke, Sakura, Obito, Ino, or some of the villians have to look directly to the camera, bcause the eyes are th main fature, what maks them special.

This man and his HUGE scar on his chest always impressed me very much. I'm eager to see if you show him dressed with his Kabuki-bear-like outfit with all that fur and stuff OR if you honna choose the man "unmasked"...

Realism at its finest! I love the the attention to detail, especially his hand there, how real it looks.
I kind of found myself staring at his hand for a bit admiring it! Then your drawn to the mouth and lips and the texture there.
Either you just saw him in the act of something and hes trying to seductively shush you with a look, or something else.

I always write back, when someone writes me more than just one word. If someone can point out, what he/she like and why or some critiques, it helps me more and I appreciate it more, so I gladly reply toΒ such a comment. Yeah, to draw hands is difficult, but when you have your own hands as model, then it is much easier! Without it would be a lot more difficult even for me.

This is ... intense. The lines and the curves, the semi realism is actually not semi at all! I love this whole phase of doing other naruto characters in a realistic way, i am having so much fun and enjoying each and every depiction very much! most of all what i love is that every picture is not just a drawing for the sake of it, like just a portrait. Every picture has some or the other emotion captured, like the one of Gaara that captures how fierce he is, or Obito looking so cool on the outside while his mind races like a race-car inside!Β
This picture i am wondering what Itachi is thinking. something he is saying and i am not quite able to hear, but his eyes say it all - I know i've done bad things, but shhh ... dont' talk about it, if you value your life. Or maybe you want to spend some time alone with me ...?

But Itachi is also a character, who cares so much for peace, for his brother, fought with Kakshi during their "ANBU-times" and - I guess - he was misunderstood many times. He is a complex character. So much lies hidden inside of him.

Looks amazing! I'm not a great artist, so I can't really say anything super intelligent about this, but I have to say you did an especially great job with those mysterious lines on his face! I've spent so much time wondering what those were supposed to be, but it's really clear in your portrait! And, it looks really natural even though I was never able to picture what those lines would look like in real life! Great interpretation!

Actually I also was wondering how to do that lines on his face. Either they are scars or they are some kind of characteristic feature lnes in the face like laughter lines or the lines from nose to the lips. I thought, it could be both.
