Description Did this during my Calligraphy Class this past Tuesday. I think it is possibly my best orchid work ever. I finally found a way to do different shades and textures. Anyways. Not much more to say. Hope you all enjoy!

EDIT I got my Japanese stamp for Christmas and decided to sign my work and then resubmit for you all I think the weird way the scanner scanned looks REALLY good here.

wow.. i love it.. i love the shape and thickness u have managed to get with the brush.. lovely free flowing.. simple to look at yet delicate in strokes.. wat does the stamp say?

The stamp says my name in Japanese. The name Kelly transilated in to Romanji(japanese) is Kerii

I love it. Did you use a calligraphy brush? It definitely looks amazing. I'm already a big fan of orchids, and I think that this is gonna become a favorite of mine. ^_^

Nice picture - makes a good wallpaper after getting rid of the yellowing. Do you have calligraphy classes with brushes in America?

Actually I'v been finished college for about 3 1/2 years. I take my art class at an night art school. One semester is 5 weeks and the other is 8 but I only have class once a week.

THanks for the comment. Actually I only use black ink. If I want a grey like I did with the plant stems, what I di is just add some water to the ink. I used rice paper and of cource my brush. I'm going to start playing with Milk Resist.
