Adele is a girl of simple pleasure, there's nothing she like more than to simply lay in a field of tall grass and stare at the sky and the inhabitants who fly in it. There's many a time where she daydreams of flying along with them, only to snap back to reality by her work. She appreciates any type of training she gets, and learning for her is something of joy. Although if there's anything that she's addicted to, it's pretty clothes, or pretty things in general, that are way out her price range.

• DISLIKES
There is not many things that set Adele in a foul mood, but if it's one thing it's being told to quit, or that she's incapable of doing something because she is too weak. It ranks right up there with open insults, being mocked, and being the center of gossip. Along the things of dislike though there is only simple things, like being bitten by a bug and not being able to scratch the bite, feeling dirty, not having enough money to buy that pretty ribbon, and being proven wrong.

• PERSONALITY
Although it's hard to tell, Adele has bonded with a Bagon and their personalities have become one. It's from that Adele's present personality can only be described as stubborn, doggedness, optimism, with a mix of empathy, friendliness, some childishness, and a pinch of impish behavior. This all branches from her goal to become a successful Dragon Knight, like her father, while still taking the advice he gave her and enjoying life for the simple things. However, Adele has a habit of being easy to be put out after being put down, and can be extremely shy and out of place at first meeting.

• HISTORY
Growing up for Adele was interesting. She was born a bastard child of a prostitute and a Dragon Knight. The result of one man’s longing for romance that he could not find in a marriage he did not want, and a woman’s hope for a love that meant more than the price of coin. On the day she was born, her father claimed her into his care, only because his wife could not produce him an heir herself. The only reason Adele’s biological mother agreed was not because she did not want her new babe, but rather she could not keep her. . . . The birth had stressed her body to a point of illness, into a state where only one could survive. So the choice was made, and Adele was whisked into a life that would offer great opportunities, but great hardships.

It was in those days where Adele would often find herself bullied by her new “mother”. Far too young to understand the betrayal and hurt that her new mother suffered from because she existed; Adele would often breakdown alone from the talk downs and light punishments she received when her father left for missions. The opposition of her living did not just pertain to her new “mother” either, murmurs and gossip came from the adults, while open teasing came from the children on the street. She was a walking scandal, something not meant to be, they would often say, and it wounded Adele into a child of great insecurity and wounded pride. Her only days of happiness were the few times her father came home; even then though, it was nothing but putting on a brave face for him. Because to Adele, her father’s smile, his happiness, was the world, and meant that she was going to be okay. . . .That is until he left for a mission again.

One particular day of running off to sob, she met a Bagon, who after confiding her problems to, became her one and only companion. From there Adele’s days became a bit easier, a bit nicer, because she was wanted, even if it was just for her scraps she carried, or the belly rubs she gave.

That all turned to shambles the day her father died. Three days after she turned 13, news of her father’s death reached her home, or at least to her “mother”. That night, her “mother” tried to kill her in her sleep with a silk rope, only to be foiled in her attempt by a headbutt into the wall courtesy of a certain Bagon. Not to be outdone Adele’s “mother” screamed for the guards, claiming that it was Adele who tried to end her, so that she could claim the right to the family! Scared out of her mind, and panicked Adele ran ((with her trusty Bagon of course!)) Taking shelter in a barn, she bonded with her Bagon that early morning, seeing the dawn in a new light. . . .Until, she met the owner of the barn. A kindly old couple who let her stay on the condition of work.

After a week of work, squirming into a state of bonding that worked for both mindsets, and deep thought as to what’s the next move, Adele was ready. Taking haste, Adele rushed to the Dragon Knight headquarters, to meet one of her father’s old friends of whom she established a somewhat friendship with, to beg for his help, to make her a Knight. To become a Dragon Knight like her father was what she always dreamed, always wanted from the beginning. In the end, poor old guy gave in to her goo-goo eyes and pleading, but with a small catch. Adele had to wait till she was of age(16 to be exact) and would serve as an apprentice until that time. . . as a boy. “Just a precaution”, her mentor warned her.

Now after three years, Adele is ready to step into her father’s role, and to serve her kingdom.
