I'm still writing his lore but imma give you a lil sneak peak.
So he is basically a creature that takes energy and power from love (general love, affection and "admiration" too) , and he has lots of fans, so people who love and admire him, sometimes tho he can get "love overloads" and go insane, and that's why he has eyes under the stitches.

He does his best to control the thing tho, he doesn't really want to harm anyone
