— Climate: Due to the fact that the only source of warmth comes from the planet itself as there is no sun, it always is rather cool till freezing. Basically the only seasons known on this planet are fall and winter. The planet itself is similar to Earth but adapted for there is no external warmth source. The core of the planet radiates it’s warmths multiple times stronger than. It spreads its heat and sometimes even magma like veins underneath the surface. So where there is a permanent snowy/icy landscape, there is a lack of “Heat Veins” as they are called. While grassy lands and forests tend to appear where there is a healthy distance of the heat to the life forms. Rocky landscape and deserts are where the veins almost reach the surface.
The only light source that comes from the sky are the too “moons” that accompany the planet. They are called moons, but are actually neighbouring planets that radiate a gentle glow as the Earth's moon wood. They are so close though, that one moon may cover a complety view. One star glows with a tint of blue, the other in a pure white.
— Other Life forms: No other “Intellectual/Humanoid” creatures other than the Letoulepa live on this planet. There is a huge variety of beasts and fauna, magical and non-magical.
— Governing System: Each of the 17 countries on the planet are governed the same way with usually their respective “pure” family at the top of the hierarchy. The number of countries and their borders were defined by these “pure” bloodlines in the first place.

Right after them already rank the aristocrats that have an unofficial hierarchy amongst themselves. The next in line are the niche of those that climbed the ladder through exceptional achievements as well as those that marrier themselves into the ranks (So even if one belongs to a top tier family through marriage, they still rank lowly individually unless they themselves have worthy achievements). The last part of the hierarchy again has an unofficial hierarchy amongst themselves, but officially just rank as “commoner” are mostly referred to as the “working class”.

Due to the fact he grew up abandoned and ostracized, he developed a personality longing for quiet places and turned to books instead of socializing with his kin. Not only that but even thought he was born underdeveloped and faulty, or rather because of it he became a studious and diligent young man. To the few people that showed him true kindness and trust in return he is very loyal to and trusts and respects them just as much. However, due to his lack of socializing as well as the books he is reading are only non-fiction books, he is still very naive and insecure. Of course his physical handicap played a huge part in feeling insecure to this day. Another deficit of the socializing aspect is, that he lacks common sense in communicating this is thoroughly honest and blunt. He does not know of scheming or simply being polite for appearances or flattery for the sake of favour.
His social status of an outcast and physical incompleteness brought forth a cycle of pessimism, which again gave birth to his sometimes rather extreme obsessiveness and possessiveness as well. As he learned to work hard in order to achieve something, he started to learn to how to be persistent past the point of ambition which turned is to extreme obsession.

History:
Born early, it was already expected of him to be inferior in some way. Not only is the technology and medical knowledge not as advanced compared to human, modern society, but also due to the fact that a fetus absorbs life energy as one of the nutrient an early born infant will almost certainly be weak and in extreme cases they are even defective or mutated, be it physically, mentally or magically.
His family was actually not devastated but disappointed. It was a disgrace, almost a crime to be born like that or have family or be associated with someone weak and imperfect as that. Even more so within the Alion Race. Nivi is a name given by his father after his birth, meaning “to have no future”. His mother tried her best loving him, even though it made her husband not only being cold to his third son but also to herself as well.
Nivi grew up quietly trying to interact with noone at all, if possible. His older brother though would not give up on him. He tried interacting and being kind to him. The second brother grew to hate the youngest because of it though, being jealous and craving for the attention of their beloved older brother, who seemed to be the perfect student, son and brother in all aspects. He went through increasingly cruel bullying by his brother, especially after their mothers death due to illness when Nivi was only 6 years old. Eventually, three years later, Nivi snapped and a rather violent accident took place. Off guard, the second brother got overwhelmed by the sudden violent assault, which never happened before and struggled to defend himself against Nivi. Trying to break off the fighting of two seemingly ferocious beasts the eldest brother got severe injuries by accident, hindering his bright future drastically.
Because the mother seemed to have gotten ill after Nivis birth, their father blamed Nivi for her suffering and death. Yet again, he got the whole blame for the injuries and discontent of his brothers so his father drew the line and gave him up into an orphanage far away from them.
At first, Nivi did not understand that he would never be able to return let alone be welcomed into his home. When he tried to escape the orphanage in order to meet his older brother he got lost in the unknown countryside and discovered a ruin. Even though it piqued his interest, he was far too weak to explore it, as he ran away during a heavy snowstorm weakening his already weak body even further.
When the adults of the orphanage finally found him, he was unconscious and his body cold as ice. Four days later Nivi finally opened his eyes. In a still unfamiliar place with unfamiliar people, he had the feeling that it was time to start anew. Even more than before he used his time reading books, the few that were available, he kept avoiding people and even when talked to he rarely answered, if only with court sentences or simple gestures.
His new found interest of exploring ruins made him a little trouble maker always managing to sneak out to explore even though the adults tried to keep an eye on him. He kept on following his curiosity and assembling knowledge, most of it by reading though. After a few years he also started getting part time jobs or helping out here and there in order to directly or indirectly get access to new books or money to buy them. This kind of life took him to the capital as soon as he reached the age of 17, the age of adulthood. As he was working here and there, renting a room, which actually was a storehouse, he was basically living in the capital library. It was a huge building, bigger than the village he grew up in, full of books. All kinds of scholars going in and out, of course lot’s of nobles as well.
There, unexpectedly he made his very first and only friend at the age of 19. It was a noble boy, a little younger than him, that shared his interest in ruins and was majoring in ancient languages. The rather mischievous and energetic friend motivated Nivi in his ambitions to acquire more knowledge and to discover all about “Magic”. Something everyone somehow had, but was still a mystery. Which is why in this world, it was called Mystery (Power).
Usually there was a default set of Mystery Powers for the respective Subspecies they belonged to. But sometimes very talented people, like Nivis eldest brother, had their own unique Mystery powers. Nivi hat not yet discovered any of his own, but he believed that if he had not the “talent” to have them, then he would just have to “learn” to have them. The special Mystery Powers.
One day his friend stumbled upon the fact that there was a hidden archive and both of them decided to infiltrate it. The noble status of his friend was a huge help and both of them were amazed of all those unique books and scroll and drawings that were kept secret. One of the books said something that blew Nivis mind. Excited he would show it to his friend, the part of which talked about a Machine that would take their customers to other worlds.
After a few nightly, secret visits to the archive Nivi then finally found follow up material that describe how to summon the train to this world in order to board it. They “borrowed” the book and made their way to a destination that was just at the border of the capital right by the river. Coincidentally they discovered that the train was supposed to arrive in only a few hours at its destination. The book not only guided them to the „entrance of the train station“ but also included not so detailed and probably not too accurate tracking of the train. But only telling them approximately how long it would take for the train to arrive was enough.The problem was that people somehow had gotten wind of intruders in the archive and were following them. They did not have enough time to lose them as the train seemed to approach their country faster than they could run. Right when they were supposed to pass through an invisible wall that keeps the train hidden from the naked eye and ears, Nivi got pushed right through it, still his arms clutched around the book. When he was turning around he only saw his friend getting dragged away through something that look like a door. His friend just formed the word “Go!” or maybe he said it, Nivi did not know, since all Sounds from the other side were muted.

Some may enhance his own life force or act as an aphrodisiac, some may simply taste good, but most of the time he is not compatible with it and it will make him feel sick in various ways or even poison him. In extreme cases it could be fatal.

Weaknesses:
— Drain: While he is able to drain life energy from almost anyone, the energy varies from every living being. No matter if it’s a plant, animal, human or other creatures, the energy may all have different effects. Some may enhance his own life force or act as an aphrodisiac, some may simply taste good, but most of the time he is not compatible with it and it will make him feel sick in various ways or even poison him. In extreme cases it could be fatal.
Also he is not able kill anyone with this skill, at least not directly. Similar to drawing blood, people would start to feel sluggish and tired, eventually they would faint or fall into a coma. Obviously if left alone they could die. But with intaking enough nutrients and flueds, enough rest and in best cases getting magical or life energy infused, they will be in perfectly fine health in no time again.
— Howl: When using howl in an environment that is prone to echoing, it might cause a backlash and cause him severe headache or turn part of his powers against him.
— Wings: Unnatural (for the Species) Small leather wings (bat). Due to their underdevelopment he is not able to fly.

—— Catroptophobia (Fear of Mirrors): When his mother was still alive and they visited a museum, he stumbled alone into an off-limits room full of mirrors and it terrified him to the point of him panicky trying to escape, constantly running into mirrors. Ever since he is terrified of mirrors panicking and smashing it as soon as he sees one.
—— Leporiphobia (Fear of Bunnies): There is no specific reason or trauma that led to his phobia. He always found these creatures kind of disgusting and along the way developed a severe phobia leading him to freeze up and sometimes even forgetting to breath, which eventually leads to him ventilating or fainting.
