NoGemsona! Er... Steven Universe OC? She doesn't really represent me so yeah. Anyways, this is Silicon. I thought I uploaded a picture of her here. Turns out she's only on my tumblr haha.
Silicon is an artificial gem made by Peridot. I thought it'd be pretty cool if the homeworld gems, with their technology, started making artificial gems to help take over whatever they're trying to take over.
This is kinda like an open fusion thing. If you have a gemsona, you could go ahead and make a fusion with her if you'd like

An interesting concept, but...I just have this problem with silicon not being a gemstone. It's a mineral, yes, but...
Mix "minerals" and "robonoids" and you get "Mineraloids"! Gem-like constructs that are a magi-tech version of androids. Now all we need are Gold, Silver, Copper, and other metals.

I also have a "Gemsona". "Their" name is Silver Crystal. They are similar to yours in that they were artificially created by Homeworld Gems. Though, they are like a Assimilator Gem Fusion gone horribly right. After several millennia, they currently have millions of Gems assimilated into their body. They are a living polymorphic mass of gem crystals, meaning those gem destabilizers wouldn't work on them, and each Gem is currently nanoscopic in size, but can be resized to grow or shrink, meaning they could become smaller than bacteria, or larger than the universe, if they will it.
One major thing about them is that the individual personalities of every Gem in them are still alive and aware of their situation, but they all stay under control of Silver Crystal's primary Gem. Despite this, their body is a living conflict. Each of the Gems try to decide what they all should do in different situations, leading to them often-times not getting along, and Silver Crystal in their entirety often doing nothing but standing there, with different "body parts" sometimes fighting each other.
Due to this fact, they often come across as emotionless and neutral on matters. They also try to assimilate newer Gems whenever they see them, so it would be best if Silicon came nowhere near Silver, as the Homeworld Gems themselves learned eons ago.
