Couldn't think of anything better to title this..
anyway, this was originally going to be a desktop design, but I couldn't resize it properly without it getting all distorted.
Oldish pic of Tails(back when I still had a pen *lol*), badly colored... those eyes scare me... o.o
Oh, and the 3D background was rendered with Terragen, incase you're wondering^^; wonderful product...

What I think is cool is how you were able to make a full color background fo rthis picture. Like you used both Photoshop and Terragen.
I happen to think this would have made a nice colorful wallpaper personally. ^ ^; [I draw my own too. I know the feeling. Honestly. ^ ^;]
Letting you know, the eyes..I have to say are just GORGEOUS. I mean..how you drew and colored those in I'm just drooling over. [Well not drooling heavily ok? c.c;; I'm not washing this keyboard later!]
So personally I can say I like the turn out of this. ^ ^

The eyes aren't as scary as you think, I really like them.. Makes him some cuter ^^
If you really want to make it as a desktop wallpaper, canvas resize is the tool you should use ^^

Pretty cool making the landscape all checkered like that; brings a nice video game flavor to a realistic setting. Tails also looks good in your own take at the Sega style.

AW! Kawaii kitsune! *glomps* You and your poor pen.. *tries to revive it* I rather like the overall design! Being a fan of huge eyes, I like Tails' eyes here. 
Now the background is BEAUTEOUS. Whatever Terragen it, me likes muchly! Very reminiscient of NiGHTS..
