Kick butt job!
I love your use of blacks and whites. It really makes this piece dramatic.
When I look at him, I can't help but be reminded of the Joker from the Batman Beyond animated movie. Must be the slicked back hair.
But I have to admit, Yours is cooler. Mainly for the rougher edges and the coat.

I love the way you draw the Joker. This one put a smile on my face moreso than some of the other Joker works, though. I think it might have to do with the smiley face on that Batman card.
