With mainly his phoenix fire to keep him warm, Kalan wouldn't bother with thicker clothing that may hinder him. He would have the cloak (over a form fitting turtle neck jumper) to keep the winds off him a bit better.
Nothing fancy for this wear to be more practical. After recent events in Glacier's Bay, he's sacrificed some fashion for the weather (including not really wearing his jewelry because cold metal isn't pleasant, though on some occasions like inside the city I imagine he'd still wear some pieces).

He's also going to start carrying his spearhead on him a lot more so I wanted to include that somehow in this piece! Plus it's a chance to finally draw it up.
