Whatever happened to you, I'm terribly sorry and I wish you the best of luck in recovering. We all go through some horrible times, some much worse than others, but believe me, if you need to vent about whatever is bothering you, I would be glad to receive your rant through a note.
Don't let the stress build up in the meantime; it could make things even more messy.
