Also. The first program of any kind to get me below 20 fps consistently. >.>
Now adding an i7 quad to my shopping list. :3

ENB is a system hog for sure lol. I think what would help you most is a video card with 4+ GB of VRAM

Which I have. Alone, ENB I could handle. ENB + RLO + DCO + CDO + Dragonborn + Dawnguard + Hearthfire + Falskaar + Moonpath + aMidianBorn Book of Silence + 2k HD Texture Pack + Duel Combat Realism + Enhanced Distant Terrain + Frostfall + Climates of Tamriel + All the Unofficial patches + Civil War Overhaul + Pure Waters: That's my problem.
(I left out all my small mods. :3)
By the way, if you don't have it already, DCO (Dragon Combat Overhaul) is freaking epic. Before it, I had never died to a dragon other than Alduin. Now, every third dragon kills me. Love it.
...Actually, I recommend all the mods I just listed.

I've got quite a few of those. I've backed off on some of the textures though, I only have 2GB of VRAM.

I actually just now changed the towns and riften versions to the Lite textures and it solved most of my problems. At least for now.
But the PC I have I built with gaming in mind, and I'm legit impressed that I managed to get it to go under 30 fps. I don't have it overclocked or anything, and that might help some, but I'd rather buy a better processor because then I can use my current one (i5 quad) on one of my other desktops. Plus, I've never overclocked before, and it's easy to overhead something.
P.S: I was cleaning out some of my electronics, and I found a tuner, a DVR, eight hard drives (two 1TB drives), two keyboard/mouse/speaker sets, an old monitor, and three laptops, plus a whole lot of cables. You can never have too many cables.
...I think I'm a hoarder. :S

Especially with mods its easy to go overboard on any system.

Yeah. I'm gunna hold onto ENB as long as I can though.

ENB makes a huge difference. Project is my favorite simply because night-eye works with it, but there are others that are far less taxing.

Switch to an inferior ENB? Style over substance, my friend. If having good style means I must use a mod with good substance, so be it.
...I don't think that's what that saying really means, but that's how I'll use it. So there.
